Retreat in picturesque Seabeck, Washington!

Thursday, February 26 – Sunday, March 1, 2026

 

Full Three Night retreat price is $425 including PayPal fees.

 

If you would like to avoid those fees the rate by check or funds transfer (Zelle, Venmo)  is $411 – please contact the treasurer directly to organize that option.

Two Night retreat price is $320 including PayPal fees.

 

If you would like to avoid those fees the rate by check or funds transfer (Zelle, Venmo)  is $310 – please contact the treasurer directly to organize that option.

Note – custom payment plans can be accommodated – just contact the treasurer ( email Treasurer@waregency.org) and a plan that fits you will be coordinated.

We are allowing “Day trippers” to join us.  If you are not able to come to the retreat but want to visit us during the retreat we have received permission from Seabeck to allow visitors.  We will have to pay them (of course) so the fee will be 20 dollars per day, plus meals. 

Day visit to retreat :  $20.00

Add lunch to day visit: $14.00

Add dinner to day visit: 16.00 

Add lunch and dinner to day visit: $30.00

Example: these fees are for each day so if you came out on Friday for Lunch plus Saturday for dinner the fee would be 20+14+20+16 =70.00

as above, please contact the treasurer if you want to come just for part of a day, but not stay overnight.

NO REFUNDS after January 26, 2026 when we turn in our final numbers and are committed to that count…  but transfers to other people will be allowed.  (for example,  you may give or sell your retreat fees to someone else but WRS will not be involved in the sale.  We would, however like to be notified so we know who is coming.)
