Washington Regency Society had its Spring Tea at the Secret Garden Tearoom in Sumner, Washington this year. It was a lovely day for strolling through their gardens and enjoying afternoon tea. This year we had a Bonnet Competition. Participants researched and created period bonnets which were awarded miniature bonnet prizes. Past Spring Teas have included a talk on Tea during the Regency Period and a presentation on Letter Writing during the Regency.
