The Washington Regency Society’s annual Twelfth Night Ball will become public this weekend to purchase tickets. In order for the event to truly succeed, we need volunteer help. We are looking for a few volunteers to help set up, work the event, and take down the event. For those volunteering we are asking for you to commit to 4 tasks from our list to help with. The timeline for the event is
Set-up: arriving at Well’s Hall at 2 pm, setting up during dance practice, dinner is provided for these volunteers
During the event 6:00-10:00 pm, please ensure you’ve eaten prior to the event
Clean-up: 10:00-10:45 pm
To thank our volunteers, we offer a specially-priced ticket at $35. There are a limited number of volunteer tickets available. Please contact Kristin at kristininnature@gmail.com.
If you would just like to enjoy the evening, tickets will be available starting Sunday 10/13/24 on the website.
